Hands down and in all my long years of being a Hospitality worker…Deana and Lenny are without a doubt the most wonderful owners I’ve met in a long time. Phenomenal people to the core. And then there’s the food…I was floored by how good this place is. Maybe I’m jaded with my tastebuds but the food is phenomenal. And I mean that whole heartedly. It’s insanely good. And then there is the staff. What an incredible bunch of talented and amazing individuals they are. Not only friendly and welcoming but accommodating and caring. I cannot believe I’ve overlooked this place for so long and now I feel like such a fool for doing so. It really is superb.

We tried out Paninos a couple weeks ago because we heard the food was outstanding. Really nice brick oven type of feel with the decor. The place was extremely clean which is a big plus. I started off with the broccoli cheddar soup and with my first spoonful I was like OMG!! Hands down best I've had I have had plenty being its my favorite soup. We then tried the Gino Rolls filled with spinach which was our choice. Those were amazing. Paninos dough is so fresh. My fiance had the Rigatoni P which she loved and I tried and loved as well. I had the Rigatoni Bosciaola, which was recommended from a friend, and it was so damn good we made the decision to be returning very soon. We finished our dinner off with the homemade gelato ( Vanilla for her and Chocolate Peanutbutter for me). That was a perfect way to end our meal. We enjoyed our dinner so much we went back the following Wednesday so I could have the cheddar brocolli (soup of the day) again PLUS I brought a quart home. We again had the Gino Rolls. My fiance had a pizza with Parmesan, Arugila, Tomato, Riccotta and Mozzerella. I had the Gnocci in vodka sauce, another favorite that was to die for. I had to take home a sausage pizza and

We come here at least once a week and the guy who works at the counter acts like he doesn’t even know us. But that’s fine that he has zero customer service skills. Today we went in and they had no pizzas ready so he said it would be five minutes. So as we were waiting another guy walked in and wanted a whole pizza so when it came out he gave it to him instead of taking our order. I asked him why he did that and he said we didn’t place our order. He didn’t even apologize. Apparently you don’t care about regular customers. Perhaps he needs some customer service training. This is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed in the poor service from this guy. He needs to do better. Management should be aware of how he treats customers. As a Regular customer I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Panino’s Pizza in Evanston has the most incredible gluten-free pizza. They close down their kitchen to make gluten-free dough to avoid any cross-contamination, which really shows how seriously they take safety. The owner’s daughter has celiac disease, so they’re especially careful and knowledgeable. Their gluten-free dough has won awards in Italy. Patty, our waitress, was so sweet, and my daughter made a new best friend while we were there. Such an amazing and trustworthy gluten-free option β€” highly recommend.

I just discovered this gem and I’m shocked I haven’t tried it before! The place is clean and nice, and they use fresh ingredientsβ€” even the table parmesan is freshly grated. The pizza is amazing, and the chocolate cake is decadently delicious. The waitstaff are wonderful, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly.
